So word on the street is that Jay-Z and Solange were jewelry shopping?

That doesn’t even sound right. Unless Olivia Pope made them do it lol. Have we ever SEEN Solange in jewelry? She has such a different taste than Jay and Beyonce. This seems like a stretch but then again had I not seen the elevator footage with my own eyes I would have thought that was a stretch too. I need to see some receipts.
