WAWA Named The Best Convenience Store

Wawa is the official winner in the bottle for the best convenience store chain in the country.

The Philadelphia based chain took the top spot with the highest marks for customer satisfaction among all U.S. chains. The results came from a survey of nearly six thousand customers brought by the American Customer Satisfaction Index.

Sheetz, also known to be Wawa’s rival, landed in the 4th place position. Quik Trip placed second and Buc-ee’s and Murphys USA both tied for third.

Not only did Wawa win for best customer satisfaction, but it was also the highest rated for opening hours, locations, mobile ordering options, and loyalty programs.
