As we know the Vice President cannot be everywhere at once, some notable names have made appearances in the neighboring Philadelphia communities on behalf of Harris’. Former First Lady Michelle Obama made an appearance at Norristown Area High School on Saturday night as she encouraged voters to cast their ballots for Vice President Kamala Harris.
“Kamala emphatically shows us that she is the one president this country needs right now,” said Obama. “If this election goes the wrong way, this backward vision of America being spewed by Kamala’s opponent, it will affect all of our lives. No matter how old we are,” she pleaded.
VP Harris’ is expected to be in Philadelphia on Election Eve with a long list of musical guests and appearances to rally supporters. Harris will sharing the stage with some of Philadelphia’s finest music artists including: DJ Jazzy Jeff, Jazmine Sullivan and Adam Blackstone, Freeway, and The Roots.
Our New Jersey neighbor Just Blaze will be setting the stage ablaze. along with some help from fellow New Yorkers DJ Cassidy, Fat Joe and Lady Gaga. Ricky Martin is expected to perform, as well as an appearance from ‘Lady O’, Oprah Winfrey. All of these talents will be taking stage in support of Harris, who will attend with Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff.
