Philadelphia Listed as 5th Most ‘Sinful City’ According to Study

The City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection might be trading nicknames with Las Vegas after a new study shows Philadelphia isn’t so ‘brotherly’.
According to a study by WalletHub, Philadelphia was listed as the 5th Most ‘Sinful City’ in the United States.
 More than 180 U.S. cities were compared using 37 indicators of vices and illicit behavior. The data ranges from violent crimes per capita to excessive drinking and the number of entertainment establishments per capita.
WalletHub determined the most sinful cities in America by comparing 182 cities. This study included 150 of the most-populated cities and at least two of the most populated cities in each state. They used seven key dimensions to determine a cities sinfulness:
- Anger & Hatred
- Jealousy
- Excesses & Vices
- Greet
- Lust
- Vanity
- Laziness
Texas can easily be listed as the ‘Most Sinful State in America’, as 16 of the 182 cities studied were in Texas. Take a look at how those cities ranked:
