Bear witness to complete coaching incompetence
The Thanksgiving battle between the Lions and Bears was a little closer than we imagined it would be, which made for good entertainment as the game came down to the wire. As the Bears were left with an opportunity to drive down the field and tie the game with a field goal, the team’s poor coaching, as well as clock management, allowed a near 30 seconds to tick off the clock in between their final two plays, leaving Detriot to a narrow 23-20 victory. The Chicago Bears have now been 0-6 since the Commanders’ hail mary, winless in November, and now head coach Matt Eberflus is without a head coaching job.
“I’m tellin y’all right now… We’re coming!”
Winning their 2nd straight game, the Cowboys are believed to have found some sort of a groove. Backed by their star edge-rusher Micah Parsons, this is what he had to say following a Thanksgiving win: “There’s been a lot of trash talk out there… I’m tellin y’all right now… We’re coming”
Green Bay Smoking on Miami Dolphins Pack
In their first snow game of the season, The Dolphins traveled to a snowy Lambeau Field, where Tagovailoa entered the game 0-7 as an NFL quarterback when the temperature is 45 or lower. The streak continued to 0-8 as Green Bay made child’s play of the sun-bathed Miami Dolphins in their 30-17 win, backed by Jordan Love’s 274 yards and two touchdowns on a 75% completion rate.
Close call in Kansas City
Entering the divisional rivalry game with the best record in the league. Kansas City may took their foot off the gas as they welcomed the Raiders to their playhouse, Las Vegas, fired up by the media narratives and talks from their head coach Antonio Pierce, gave everything they had to the Chiefs and some. However, it just wasn’t enough, as the Chiefs narrowly escaped with a 19-17 Black Friday win, clinching a spot in the NFL playoffs.
What’s seems to be the problem in Houston?
A close game in Houston saw the Texans narrowly escape the Jaguars 23-20. But Jacksonville not only lost the game, the lost their starting QB due to a late hit from Houston defenseman Azeez Al-Shaair in which Trevor Lawerence left the game for concussion protocol. Al-Shaair issued an apology to Lawerence after the game, stating he had no ill-intentions with his late hit.
Aaron can’t turn the ship around? Rodger that!
After a scoreless second half, the New York Jets fall to the Seattle Seahawks 26-21, dropping to a 3-9 record with little to no hopes of playoff contention. After throwing a 92-yard pick-six, rumours are swirling around the league that Rodgers time at QB might be coming to an end quicker than he believes.
Mike Tomlin’s Win Record is made of STEEL
With a 44-38 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, the Pittsburgh Steelers are now 7-1 under QB Russel Wilson and looking to finish their 18th season under Head Coach Mike Tomlin, who has never has a losing season as head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
‘Knuck if you Buck’
A close game in overtime saw the Tampa Bay Buccaneers able to pull one out in overtime. As Panthers star player Chubba Hubbard remained on the sideline in the final minutes of overtime, a great defensive play allowed the Buccs to recover the football and kick a field goal to edge past the Panthers in a 26-23 ovetime victory.
Justin time to tuck us in.. right??
Ravens Kicker Justin Tucker missed 3 field goal attempts, marking him with the lowest FG% amongst kickers in the NFL. Despite Tucker’s kicking woes being the reason the Ravens lost Coach Harbaugh says he has ‘no plans’ of getting rid of Tucker
Jameis “Throw it away” Winston
Showing glimpses of his unprecedented 30TD/30INT season, Browns QB Jameis Winston struggled mightily against the Denver Broncos as he threw three interceptions — two of them being returned for touchdowns — in the Browns 41-32 loss to the Broncos. Winston waits on the strength of the lord to deliver him from ill-decision making.
