As Eagles advance into the Divisional round of the playoffs, the question remains: What book was A.J. Brown reading during the game?

The book was titled Inner Excellence: Train Your Mind for Extraordinary Performance and the Best Possible Life by Jim Murphy. The book is a step-by-step training manual from one of the world’s top mental skills coaches will teach you how to train your mind like the very best.
Brown took to X, to inform his fans what the book was and what it brings to him.

“This game is 90% mental and 10% physical for me. I bring it to every game and I read it between each drive.” Brown wrote on X. “I use it to refocus and lock in despite what may transpire in the game good or bad. People tend to create controversy when they don’t know the truth.”

Brown echoed those sentiments in his post game interview after the Eagles beat the Packers 22-10, alluding that his teammate like when Brown participates in his peaceful pastime.

“My teammates call in the recipe” Brown said. “It got of lot of pointers in there, lot of mental game… something (I use) to refresh every drive, regardless of if I score a touchdown or drop a pass”.
