According to sources, the investigation of Impellizzeri began on Oct. 30, 2023, when New Jersey State Police were contacted by officials at the elementary school in Upper Deerfield Township, New Jersey.
Officials say he recorded himself contaminating the food, as well as performing sexual acts with school objects and cooking utensils. Those videos were then shared with an online chat group.
“He wanted to hurt our children in one place and that should be the safest place outside our home,” Biance Pierce, a concerned parent, told Fox News.

Impellizzeri was arrested on Oct. 31, 2023, for putting bodily fluids and cleaning products into school lunches at Elizabeth Moore School in Upper Deerfield Township.
A public defender pleaded for Impellizzeri’s judgement, as he claims his client did not have a criminal record prior to the alleged incidents at the school. He also stated that Impellizzeri has a long history of mental health issues which he has received treatment for.
