Forever 21 Set To Shut Down — Gift Cards Expire

The clothing brand Forever 21 is expected to close 350 stores in the United States due to falling sales on competitors such as SHEIN and Temu.
The company has filed for bankruptcy twice in the past six years. Forever 21 was the nations first mainstream embrace of fast fashion. According to CNBC, at its peak Forever 21 employed 43,000 people and generated more than $4 billion in annual sales.
Although the stores aren’t set to close until May 1, the stores gift cards are expiring this week. The store is also not excepting any returns on exchanges.
